not in nsw though, i've only heard about that out brissy way

even on a 50cc scoot you need a licence here

I know up at woodys (gosford) they will rent you a CB250 - lil tractor:thumbsup:

There's a few motorbike rental stores around the Sydney Area, I think theres one on Parramatta Road, just before Rick Damelian.

But if you want to rent, you will need to be over 25, full licensed and willing to pay a pretty penny if you crash it (sometimes enough to buy your own bike). Not to mention the crazy bond. Not worth it IMHO.
