5gth gen bumper light conversion

has anybody got any information how u can convert the bumper lights to turn on with the parkers. also any information for the best way to paint the housings of the other lights black?

yeh johnny.. look at my car..
all these things are done..

thing is when u put the bumper indicators to parkers

the old parkers blink quick..

does anyone know wat resister to use.. so that my blinkers dont blink too fast??
