Speakers for EK4?

What size speakers Fit the Front of the EK4? i am going to fit a Component set. any door depth issues?

6.5" in the doors and 6x9 at the rear
but many aftermarket speakers wont fit (magnet), u need to cut away some plastic in order to make them fit

the rear should be fine because, the front speakers have limited space (with the door) whilst the back is pretty much drop. When i installed my mine it was pretty much direct fit.

If you want to run component system 6.5" would be the best size to go with. However, the civic's doors are pretty shallow and if you want your speakers to go hard you would need more room to allow them to move. Take it to an audio shop. They will cut and fit your splits for about 80 bucks. Should be a pretty clean and professional job too :)

stock speakers are 6", rear is 6x9"
6.5" will fit with a bit of modding both for the rear magnet and if you still have the speaker covers too
