hey guys just wondering whether the speedo would be off if i installed an eg6 cluster into my eg5.. i noticed on the speedo the numbers arent in the same spot.. but wondering whether the cluster itself corrects this or something needs to be done..
regards ray

Ray, in theory if your current speed-o is reading correct a EG6 one should be correct too.
Bearing in mind, I'm no expert with EG's.
Ben will be able to fill it in (if you havn't already asked him)

yes
itll work 100% fine
only reason it wont, is because if someone has fidddled with the needle,
but, the mechanical/electrical unit within the cluster is what ' adjusts' the speed and so on as opposed to teh ecu or some electricals that are outside of the tacho !

rep points for all! ty
With the EG6 cluster also be aware that your cluster light dimmer will no longer work ;)
