I have 17'' rims atm, can I go down to 16''?

How much do you rekon the JDM black deepdish or something I dunno what it called are for 4 of em? Ta.

Who said that? That's the worst logic I have ever heard.
you can put whatever you want on, within reason.
There is absolutely no reason why you can't go from 17s to 16s.
I'm about to put 16s on my EG.

Black wheels with a red lip is time attack style, but it isn't specific to any brand or spoke design.

Got a question though, I have 17'' rims but I got lowered springs on them, if I go down a size to 16'' can I lower the springs more? I know nothing about springs cause it came with my car :)

The profile of the tyre will dictate how much you can lower it. For example a car with 205/50/16 tyres won't sit as low as the same car wearing 205/45/16 rubbers.

also sorry to highjack thread but iv got some 17" bsa that look like that hp style rim they have a few gutter rashes but im gunna get them fixed how much would they be worth ebay has them for 800 or so

I've seen the red stripe w/ black mags in 16" Advantis. They were pretty cheap new... don't remember how much... 10 spoke i think.

What state are you from? Because you're wrong.
+15mm/-26mm of total standard rolling diameter as printed on your tire placard inside of the drivers door. Standard EG civic is 577mm from memory. 205/45/16 is within legal requirements.
