Ok, assuming we're talking about an EG here.

Firstly, In this assumption an EG(5)? has Airbag?

So that'd be why you'll get defected for an aftermarket wheel.

Secondly a cop can defect you for having an aftermarket wheel that is smaller then the OEM wheel (popular thing for Skylines I hear)

Third would be if the horn isn't working.

Fourth would be your abs/srs light is on (not working?)

Honestly can't really think of anything else

I think Breezes were the only to come with a non airbag (probably mistaken)

So if that is the case then a Breeze would be the only EG that you can have a aftermarket wheel on (legally) but then the other things above would probably contradict.

Sweet then, just the wheel size and horn would really be an issue, actually thinking about it, ADR approved boss kit/wheel would also be a helpful thing.

Some cops are Nazi's with these things, come to think about it, in reality a cop can just defect you for whatever they like.

You can do what you can do mate, try play by the rules as well as possible and you should be ok.

I'm sure the above post is likely to be in one or another way flawwed in comparison to someone elses knowledge so hopefully they will chime in with more detail/help.
