Lip kit removal

Hey guys I've got a Mugen Lip kit for the FD Civic that I'm thinking of selling and I want to remove it myself. Ive just got a few questions in regard to removing the kit myself. I can see that the kit is held by screws and bolts which I should be able to remove myself but underneath I think the kit and the car is attached by some sort of tape or silka flex or something? When i remove it is it a matter of just simply pulling away the kit from the car and then cleaning any glue residue that left or do I actually need to heat the glue? Its an ABS kit btw
