Er................"cut" the antenna?
Is that a good idea? won't it reduce the signal?

I just wordering is that ok to cut the top of the antenna, and then attach it again!

I know the G-One in HK have the spoon short antena, HK$250, i think is expensive, and not sure is a copies or not!

HK is all i know coz i bought original spoon one but i can ask Cone for u to see if their one is real or not

I know some ppl use a mobile phone Ericsson 768 antenna, which can fit the Jazz! Do anyone are using it??

honestly... how many of us listens to the radio?
just the other people everyone was converting their stock cdplayers to two dins so they can fit their mp3 players!

will the CRV or MDX antenna fit? I gotta try it one day as I have a CRV and my partner has a Jazz VTIS :) Her dad has a MDX so I can try all 3 haha

well (latest) CRV ones fit but not perfectly. apparently the older CRV ones fit better.

Hey,
I did the mod! ... Looks really cool now. But one thing bad is the rubber nob at the end of the antenna is stuck or glued, you can't take it off. When i tried getting it out, i ripped it into two pieces. I still went ahead and cut it and just super glued the rubber piece together and look normal now. :)
Also, the picture provided for the DIY mod, the rubber part is longer than mine?? I got VTi-S. The rubber on mine is short, about 1cm, the picture shown is about an inch long...
Well anyway, it's done and looks great and quality still the same, even under car park it was still receiving quite well... probably not for distance.

i think the original is better than others, and it's better than mine...mine receives not good when under car park....:cool:
