exhaust reccomendations? combo reccommendations?

hey peepz, just wanna ask if anyone has headers, pipe size and exhaust recommendations for EG wiff b16a........... like size, brand..... etc..

anyone have a proven combo you can share wiff this noob...

proven is a vague term (diff dynos, temps of day, condition of engines tested, etc etc, should only be used a guide only), heaps of ideas on here, been discussed a heck of alot

1.5k is a heck of a budget with the strong usa dollar

why not get a 2nd have mugen twinloop catback for $800....or do a full xforce exhaust system with twinloop for $1000ish?
for a b16a i reccomend either 2.25 inch

what i want is pretty much good flow no restrictions in terms of the the whole exhaust system, i plan to do a b18 swap later..... so wanna think ahead pretty much..... just at the end of the day dont wanna sould like a big fart..

b18c exhaust design are different to the b16a systems

requires alot more flow, maybe buy some b18c headers and wait til the b18c is in is my opinion for the rest

because im pretty sure the b18cr and the b16a headers can bold on...i think

get some jdm 4-1 headers 400, jdm 2.5 cat 150, get any good brand jdm exhaust for a eg6 600-1000

above is definitely ur best bet... if ur gna do a swap in the future dont bother getting B16 headers as these wont clear a B18. If i were u id just get a good 2nd hand cat-back such as fujitsubo or mugen... these r roughly $800-1000 n wait until the engine swap for the rest.

dc2r twinloop wont fit eg. the axle back is different length.
you have to modify it.

hey guys.. ive got a jdm b16a in my eg sedan...
i tried bolting up a fjk power getter catback for a dc2r on but its falls a bit short of the cat.
if i get an AUDM cat from a b18c2/7 would it be a straight bolt on?
or will i still need to re-flange the new AUDM cat to fit the exhaust?
or will an AUDM b16a2 or worst case scenario a standard eg4 cat fit also?

sorry for rambling but i need to figure this out hopefully by tomorrow so i can get the car back on the road.

any help greatly appreciated.

definately get 4-1 headers and 2.25 exhaust with no resonators, it'll be loud, but it will sound good.
if ur into brands and have the money, do it, but at the end of the day its all basic piping.
