just a quick question, If a headlight have moisture in them, would that deem a vehicle to be un roadworthy ?

nah its got moisture inside one of them...or does anyone know where i can get them resealed and how much i am looking at to repair it?
i just got defected for that just then rofl.... It says the lights are to be free of condensation on my defect notice =/

Follow this (http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?45494-DIY-CTR-Headlight-for-EK-(without-oven)&highlight=black+housing+headlight) on how to open, and close the headlight.
I'd say, if you have condensaion in your headlight, its as easy as resealing your headlight after a quick clean, and if done right, wont happen again.
Plus you have the opportunity to have CTR black housing headlights :D or if your crazy like me, some random colour that suits the theme of your car :)

How bad is it? I read that taping silica gel packs behind/near the headlights help. I personally haven't tried it, worth a shot perhaps?

yes it is unroadworthy to have moisture in your headlight. as said you can pull them apart and reseal them. i think theres a diy somewhere

Go to Headlight and Heater 88 Nicholson Street Abbotsford 9416 1788 they perform minor repairs like this for the trade all the time. www.headlightandheater.com.au hope this helps
