Would these tyres fit a 2003 Integra?

They can fit.. but it'll give you a different speedo reading seeing as the diameter has been reduced. Not only that the load rating is different compared to the standard size. 205/55/16 IIRC

So I'm better off buying a new set of tyres you think? I have them spare so thought I might be able to swap them over

Stock tire size for a DC5R is 205/55/16.
If you put the 205/45/16 you're reducing the overall diameter by quite a bit, and therefore you would be throwing off your speedo by quite abit also.
With those sizes, your speedo will be showing a faster speed than you're actually going.

You should be able to source 2nd hand tires for that size reasonably cheap.
Just keep checking the FS section.

Otherwise I've seen a few DC5 rims & tires go for reasonably cheap here.
You could do that and sell your current rims/tires?
