koni yellows

i just got koni yellows for my eg...installing em tomorrow. how hard should i set the damper setting? and how do i know which notch to put the clip in for the height?

in my previous car (FR too) I had full hard on the back and 1/2 on the front.
Best to adjust it take it for a spirited drive and see how you like the feel.
