Decisions decisions... on the front lip

Hi Gangs,Im in the process of buying a front lip for the 2000 Accord Vti-L i bought recently. Btw, its silver in colour.
I cant make up my mind between the type R & Mugen lips. Also should i paint it to match the bumper? Maybe i can get some of your opinions.
