Hay guys I have a cd5 thats playing up just as i was trying to sell it, lucky me :(

Ok i checked the spark and its there, plugs are very white but!

Put the key in and the first click I hear is the check light going out, the 2nd click i hear is as i turn the key from the reds to the start position.

I cant physcially hear the fuel pump prime.

I pulled the fuel line off from the rail and cranked it with no fuel pissing out

the car will crank but not turn over.

Now Im trying to work out exaxctly what the issue is here before i start replacing all bits and pieces as i spent a stack on replacing alll the fluids, timing belt and water pump and dont want to go crazy changing everything else as i dont need the car anymore and just want to fix the problem.

Thanks for the help and if any one can point me in the right direction of if its the relay or the pump and where/how i can fix or get the parts it would be great,

Thanks in advance guys.

If pump is not pumping fuel then I would look at it as the culprit. Including the lines to it (is it blocked) and power required for it (blown fuse or something?). Otherwise replace pump?

Check the main relay. http://www.ozhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?31796-DIY-Main-PGMFI-Relay-repair&highlight=main+fuel+relay

hya guys i did the relay resolder but the pump still fails to prime.

Any other options? fuse is fine, relay gives me the 3 clicks, been resoldered. so i guess im left with the fuel pump?

My accord did the same thing a couple of weeks ago. Changed the pump from a walbro 500hp pump (deceased) to a factory pump and got a extra 120kms to a full tank.

Man that's a big difference! Extra 120km!

That with the H22A? You're on the Gold Coast too, love to catch up sometime mate and check out the conversion. I'd love to do it one day.

Yeah its a big difference. Running the H22a aswell use to get around 440km to a full tank with the walbro pump. As soon as the factory pump went back in I can get a easy 500km to 570km around town and to work. Sorry but might not be exactly 120km but approximately that or more.
