If you decide to tow it you will probly have to ring around and get the best price because towing prices for one person maybe different for another person depending on location, distance etc

I hired a car trailer for $70 a day from BP back in like 2010. So somewhere around there. Just make sure you have a strong enough car to tow it and stop it. And proper straps too. Handbrake will not suffice for the lude.

xtrail will tow it no problems
pretty certain that you need to provide your own straps.

lol. Personally I wouldn't be towing with anything less than a 3.5L (unless it's a solid diesel). Preferably a standard 3.8-4.0L commo/falcon, does the job well.

Towing a vehicle has nothing to do with the size of your Motor.
All vehicles have a towing rating, braked and unbraked.
You 'should not' exceed the limit, because the limits are deemed to be safe weights to tow (trailer included in the weight ofcourse) and if you exceed them you void insurance and are at greater risk of an accident.
Brakes, suspension, chassis strength, standard tyre size, power, etc.. Are all factors that affect these limits.

it all depends on chassis.
