For those who own Accord Euro, what's your fuel consumption? Mine is around 11.1 ltr/100 km and I never drove it hard (since it's still under 1,000 km). I thought the spec said something like 9.1 - 9.2 ltr/100 km?

http://www.clubtsx.com/ ... There are multiple discussions happening on fuel consumption/economy/using lower rated octane etc.

Mine's like 10L/100km, mixed of normal and spirited driving.
Put it in VTEC constantly (like I did one night) I almost used 1/4 of a tank (around 15L) driving 100km worth of road :P

Tell u the truth, I pushed it to VTEC from new....dealer told me that it's ok to do it, and I have read from many sources that pushing a car from new will seal the piston rings (or seals) better then driving it slowly. Plus it's a Honda engine, so I'm even more relaxed to push it.
I've done like 1500km so far, so the engine's pretty much "breaked in".

the car runs very very strong..
compared to a normal driven SS

I have a mix of city and country driving.
I am getting about 10.47/100km. I ahve done about 4000km, using Shell Optimax.
I love how I can cruise on the freeway @110km (with my inbuilt speed limiter, aka my wife ;) ) @ around 2000rpm.
Occasionally I'll give it a hard run, taking it to around 5-6 in each gear.

you should take it above 6 grand for the VTEC rush
I got 9.37 litres /100 for a manual Euro on its first tank of fuel.
It was using BP Ultimate and was mostly city driving - save for one trip to the Black Spur where it was pushed hard.

To know VTEC has kicked in:
Load your car with 4-5 people, put aircon on, then drive your car hard, don't change gear until it's close to the redline. You should feel the difference :D
To know your fuel consumption:
Fill your fuel tank full, reset your tripmeter, then drive your car as per normal until it is time to refill. Refill your tank to full again, read your tripmeter, and you will get xx L / yyy KM, e.g. 40 L / 400 KM <-- your fuel consumption is then 10 L / 100 KM.
