You mean intake resonator? The hole probably makes the car more powerful lol. You just have to find another one and replace it. I find access decent from just removing the front driver side wheel and the splash guard. Some people like to take off the front bumper but I CBF doing that.

He means the resonator between the muffler and the cat.

I have a few holes in mine from scraping over speed humps, this guy at Trufit quoted me $150. I got this quote last week.
