mine is just over $1200 a year, no mods though, only sound system. When it's time to put some mods on, I'll go to JCI, cause that's the only insurance company in VIC I know of that insure modified vehicles. Any other insurance company in VIC that will insure modified cars that you know of?
I'm with suncorp-metway, only ones reasonably priced that would allow 18's and 2.5" lowered (Just Car would, but they are rip-offs).
Next will be with Vigil, but they require a certain level of engine mods before they insure you if you dont have a 'high performance vehicle'

ummmm suncorp... theyre prices i wouldnt say are too good for under 25's... they also have strict policy's (under 25 that is) no air filters, no lowering and huge excess for things like 17' wheels and exhaust.... bit of a rip job if you ask me :P
how about RACV?? Pretty sure they insure modified cars as well, just you might have to "talk" to them on a face-to-face basis to apply for one.
I'm with JCI and i pay 1600 annually. Going with RACV nxt yr... :)

At the moment I'm with AAMI. Paying $330 per year for just third party. My car is dead stock though and they would not let me modify the performance in any way. Just aesthetic stuff, and even there I'm limited to the number of mods allowed.

Hey neil
How good is the Bosch parking sensor? can you post a pic of your rear bumper? I want to see if it will look good with that 4 dots. I was thinking of getting the Taurus one, they are from the inside of the bumper.

My Magna now with all the mods (and heaps of them) covered and full comprehensive by Just Car is 1500 rating 2
I enquired about my Accord Stock with RACV full comprehensive and rating 2 and it's going to set me back 1600
What is going on??????

Yes, RACV is more expensive than AAMI or JCI from my experience. It sets me back about $1,200 on rating 1.

RACV, insurance under my parents (rating 1) with me as nominated driver (under 25, no rating).
For an Accord Euro luxury - a little under $1K :D
