The last Thursday of every month continues to impress. With some of Sydney’s top cars on display, as well as a few from our neighbouring states, EOMM always proves to be a visual treat for those in attendance!
Check out all the cars we chose for May’s Cars of Bendix:

The Nissan Skyline GT-R AKA ‘Godzilla’ was first introduced in 1969, though it was the R32 GT-R’s motorsport achievements which truly stamped this monsters name into the history books. Mitch’s R32 is a perfect example of a tough street car, painted beautiful Bayside Blue and perched upon a set of classic silver Enkei RPF1 wheels. It also features a fully rebuilt engine by JLM and V-Spec Brake upgrade amongst other things, what a beauty!

This Red Mitsubishi Evolution VIII had no trouble standing out from the crowd at this month’s EOMM. Its bright colour, tastefully selected Volk CE28N wheels, Voltex GT wing and carbon aero additions were instantly eye catching. The modifications were not limited to the exterior, though. With upgraded cams, turbo manifold and EVO X brakes, this baby means business.

It was music to our ears as we heard the rumble from this 1971 Datsun 1200 Coupe. With a pair of grippy Advan Neova AD08R tyres on the rear we’re sure this Coupe goes just as good as it looks. And it to top it off, it looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor with a striking new gunmetal paintjob making it one of our picks for the Cars of Bendix.

A special mention goes to Justin who made the long trip down from Queensland just for EOMM at Sydney Dragway! His immaculate Volkswagen MK7 Golf R is a no expense spared build and was no doubt a show stopper at EOMM. The pocket rocket hatchback is fitted with 19” Vossen VFS-2 wheels and rides on Accuair Air Suspension E Level with Bilsteins Shocks. While the exterior has been stylishly complimented with Oettinger side skirts and a Revozport Carbon Fibre Front Splitter. Neat!

Pictured above is Anthony’s Honda Civic which competed at last year’s World Time Attack Challenge held at Sydney Motorsport Park. It’s definitely not your average EG Civic, with the 1.6L engine swapped out for the 2.0L i-VTEC K20A Engine. Even though ‘EGK20A’ is still street registered the little hatchback sports an array of aero parts including a custom front splitter, a PCI rear wing and diffuser to ensure it sticks to the tarmac on the high-speed flowing corners of the SMSP Grand Prix Circuit.
That’s all for this month’s Cars of Bendix, make sure you head down to Sydney Dragway for EOMM on Thursday the 30th of June for your chance to be featured in our next issue of Cars of Bendix.
