request on how to install springs for civic/integra/etc

Hi are a couple of DIY articles that may be of assistance. Havent done it myself so cant vouch for these but I have read that some people suggest getting it done proffessionally as taking the springs off can be dangerous (ie so do it at your own risk I guess :confused: ).
