replacement bushes will cost you in the order of approximately 100-150 (ie your shock bushes - you will need 8 of them all up) most suspension places will offer you nolathane bushes etc.
You may need to change other bushes if your sussy is creaking like your trailing arm bushes which will cost you another 200 or so.
Then labour is the huge cost cos all four shocks need to come out - taken apart and re-assembled to include new bushes.
I can only guesstimate the cost of this cos labour will vary, but looking at around 2 hours work - so 400-500 is about right for parts and labour. Honda will charge more...
trailing arm bushes are another job altogether... a little bit harder to get to and will take just as long methinks.

When installing Coilovers can you replace the bushs them or are they harder to get to?

you need to take the bushes out from your stock shocks to put the new coilovers together... unless you are buying them second hand and they are pre-assembled with all the bits u need...
at this point it would be a good time to get new bushes as part of the labour cost for installing coilovers.

I just got both a new set of my rear Trail arm bushes along with my 100k service. Guess how much it cost me all up? FREAKIN' $1100.00 Labour was $750 alone. That's just insane! Oh, it's from Doncaster Honda @ Melb. (Bloody Honda Dealers:thumbdwn: )

trailing arm bushes are "about" $70 each from Honda ( you need two) - and "about" $60 a side to install. But once these are broken you really need to get them done :)

R U FOR REAL??? FARK! I really got ribbed! Were they 2nd hand or something? Has anyone changed their trailing arm bushes by themselves? any DIYs? Just curious on the process. I hope it's a FREAKIN ball breaker of a job if I paid $750 for the Labour!!!

I had ordered some noltec bushings awhile back for my car but i returned them because they didnt give me wat i wanted. So i ended up ordering my front upper and lower control arm bushings from the US. They are Energy Suspension which are fairly good over in the states and it costed me like $120AUS including shipping for 2 sets (upper & lower).
I went to a few places and got quoted from $300-400 just labour with me supplying my bushings i had already bought. THEN i lost my license ;) and found myself with a lot of time so i got a friend over and did it all in one day.. it was a bloody hell of a job! Took about 14-16 hours all up becoz my CV joint popped out wen i was trying to put my car back together.
I am looking at purchasing a trailing arm bushings aswell.. they are like $30US from enegery suspension (ebay.com) and i think the shipping is like $30 aswell so you actually end up saving a little bit and they are all poly-urethane.
Here are a few links of installing them on integra's.. but their pretty much all the same stuff.. Good luck!

rear trailing arm is a bitch of a job so it does cost quite a bit in labour.i hear theres a special tool you can buy to press the bush out whilst the arms still in the car....but if you dont have that tool (who does?) you have to take the entire rear trailing arm assembly out of the car to change the bush over...and bush does NOT want to come out, absolute bitch to remove

I changed my trailing Arm bush myself. Not too difficult.
Take out the trailing Arm, carve out the rubber with a penknife and then cleaned them with a drill with a wire brush. Not that difficult.
Whole job took me probably about 4 hrs.

dude...ur major 100k service would have cost about $800 already
imo it was a fair price to pay
Guys, is it worth replacing bushes when doing a full suspension overhaul?
On my DC2, New Coilovers are going on. ITR LCA, new Front/Rear Strut and Sway Bars. Should I do bushes anyway? Anything else I need to consider?
Not track, but super street.
Thanks,
Matt

YES. I'm also in the same situation where I will be upgrading my sussy and would like to do it all at once to save on labour. At what age typically would i need new bushes replaced? Do the bushes wear faster with coilovers?
