EK4 - EK9 brake conversion (5 stud)

are there any problems that are likely to pop up while doing a CTR brake conversion on an EK4 vtir??

i know it's fairly straight forward but i thought i'd just ask if anyone has had any issues with the conversion as a workmate is about to start the conversion pretty soon as he just got a hold of the CTR bits

out of curiousity, how much does said conversion cost?
