Connecting The Tail Light

HI, does any1 out there have a halo tail light, or know where does the extra wires, yellow and green to be connected to? they are the wire for the halo rings.
can these wires be just connected to the normal break light?

ive got an led ring in my tail lights.. u can connect them to the brake light or u can have them as ur normal driving lights.. its really up to u. mine are wired up as my normal driving lights and bulb inside is my brake light
