Anyone know if 17x7 wheels in +42 offset will fit an 2006 Honda Odyssey?
What offset range should I be looking at for 17x7" wheels?

in Japan for Honda Odyssey Absolute model come with 17x7 / offset 55 and tyres 215/55/17, so if u r going to put offset 42 means it will be out by 13mm, i hope this will help

Take your spare wheel out (if it is the same alloy wheel as rest) then you will find the stock offset showing on the inner side of the wheel.
For aftermarket rim, as long as the offset is not decrease by too much, you will be fine..
If stock is +55, as aka_NSX said, +42 will make the wheel move toward outside by 13mm.
Make sure outer edge of the wheel is not sticking out of the guard/fender when look down from the top.
