I have a EG civic sedan 1.6 fuel injected. I am wanting to start to play with the performance of the car. At the moment I only have a sports exhaust system on it... Is my best option to do an engine swap? Some have told me to bolt on extractors... Im looking for a place to start... Any suggestions???

Whats your plans for it buddy?
You staying NA or going F/I?
Whats your budget?
Maybe then we can help you abit more, but like Qball stated, search around and read is best :)

Im currently getting the body the way i like it, then will play with internals/performance a little, then possibly a coat of paint. I am thinking i will stay NA, but im not the mots mechanically minded person ( As yet ) and want to increase performance on a budget ( possibly 2k ). Thanks for the help!

$2k?? Get new springs/shocks or coilovers. OR sell the civic and buy an old commodore if you want spongey handling and some grunt.

Go casino and double or nothing for a B series, if you want more then keep putting it on the table.

cold air induction either pod or panel filter, extractors would be good and then look at improving handling i.e shocks etc. depends really on what your trying to achieve but the aboe are light mods to start your

100? Thats expensive. ALL ghetto work should be no more than $20 + loose change from the car.
