bad squeeking noise when braking

Had this problem after a few nights ago, after brakes locked up. Could it be the brake pads or the rotors?

Anyone can help b4 i take it to someone to get it checked???

rotors or brake pads.... Machine rotors first casue its the cheapest option.

I'd just take the wheels off and sand the rotors with coarse abrasive paper. :)

You can also sand the pads slightly.
