Remote Start for 07 CRV

I just went to JB hi fi today and apparently they cant install a remote start alarm system with an 07 crv due to the immobiliser.

could this be true?
any one out there who has an 07 crv or any crv that got a remote start alarm system?

ur not reconmended to install remote start to any car with immobiliser.
but it can b done, just hav to get bypass it

the key must be in the ignition to be able to start the car.
