dc2 front knuckle arm wont bolt back on

hi all

i was working on my front upper control arm bushings today and upon reassembly i came across a wall.

the knuckle arm will not bolt back onto the A-arm(camber thingy). it seems to not sit up straight but on an angle... im sure its not bent though cos its cast iron. drivers side is the problem since the passenger side bolted up fine

any remedies as to why it wont line up would be much appreciated.

also remember the ball joint moves (that connects the upper control arm to the knuckle)- move it with ur finger slightly to allow the knuckle to slide backon
