    AFAIK reading on the net.
    widths would be different aswell so you would need to take that into consideration. oxer said 12mm each side.

    no weetek civic
    can confirm front is off by 10mm compared to 4 stud. was confused when fit 8j +38 and it poked halfway to gundagai, then it kicked in. wheels are essentially +28 on the car.

    rears iirc dont have any change, or none that i have noticed when going from 6.5j +45 to 7.5j +33, it still fits fine in the rear.
